Jumping Marlin – Hooked on Panama Lodge
Wim Jansen and his friends, Peter and Daniel, just left today. Wim comes every year to stay with us all the way from Holland. We don’t know what it is with Wim, but every time he is here the bite turns on.
Got Sails, dorado, one wahoo, roosters and snappers. The big one was a huge black marlin. We estimated around 650 to 700lbs. Serious tail walking action right next to the boat. You have to check out the photos below from Peter. Pretty cool stuff. Some of the best marlin shots from over the years. Wim always gets a marlin when he is here.
Got another group of guys still with us right now. They have 3 more days of fishing, so I will have another report soon.
