Fishing Report for March 20th

Hi Everyone,
We had Sigler Commercial HVAC Solutions, Don and Taylor Reeves and Jorge Felix as hosts here with 9 of their guest at Hooked on Panama Lodge fishing for two days, March 20th and 21st. They had all three boats out with 4 angles per boat and held a two day tournament. Nothing like a little competition to fire everyone up even more!

Day 1 was a little slow with green water inshore and offshore. They ended up with a tie on 2 boats, Don, Dave, Casey and Taylor with a couple of nice Rooster fish, fishing with Captain Victor and Jacinto and Jack, Bryan, Steve and Dan with a Sailfish, fishing with Captain Chaka and Carlos, one nice wahoo pushing 50lbs on Captain Oliver and Eloy boat. Which all of their anglers saying they should have won for bringing in dinner J Sorry Jorge, Alex, Brian and Kevin but thank you for the great dinner.

Day 2 water cleared up beautifully with a wide variety of Sailfish, Dorados, and Rooster fish another Wahoo and a couple of small YF-Tuna for sashimi! Winning team Don, Casey, Bryan and Steve fishing with Captain Victor and Jacinto! Great group, fun time, looking forward to their next trip!

Yeehaw!!! Here we go again. Another report from Hooked on Panama Lodge. We have Mike ( the warden ) and his lovely bride Brenda ( AKA the Fish Goddess ) fishing with us this week. They did 5 days total with some days off in between. It was a great week.

It was the day after fathers day. Weather was awesome. Pulled up behind a shrimp boat and scored 10lbs. of shrimp for a 12 pack, and snagged a few bonitos for live bait.

Had a great week at Hooked on Panama Lodge ending Feb. 23rd. Overlapping groups again, some newbies and some long time repeats. First for the newbies. Pancho and Diane Hecht were fishing with Captain Chaka and his mate Carlito.
