Fishing Report for July 3
Hello Everyone,Got another late season group here with us at Hooked on Panama Lodge.
Mark, Peggy, James and Joanne from Texas.
First day started slow, but by mid afternoon the bite was on. Ended up with 8 yellowfin tuna in the 40lb. range and 2 roosters on the way home. One rooster topped out at 70lbs.
Yesterday they decided to stick near shore. 13 roosters released, one nice cubera snapper came in for dinner and a mixed bag of other reef stuff to boot. The 13 roosters in one day is a new lodge record:):)
These guys have 2 more days to go, so, more reports to come:)
